erm, you'll have to ask the girl whom I took the photo of. This isn't me. And, no, the fingers are not photoshopped. This is all real. To be honest, I don't even have photoshop.

Yup, thats me ^^
They were super simple and cheap to make. I took aluminum foil and formed it into the basic shape of the claws, with a little ~1/2" space to put each fingertip in. Then I coated them in hot glue, smoothing it out with the side of the glue gun nozzle. It took two passes to get all the gaps filled in, but after that I just painted it with black spraypaint and attached them to my fingers with black duct tape, and then painted over that again when I did the makeup on my hands and arms.
